I live with my fiancee, Nilou, and her 3 children in beautiful Albany, California, just north of Berkeley and across the Bay from San Francisco. My eldest daughter, Elana, recently graduated from Mount Holyoke College in western Massachusetts and my youngest, Michaela, attends Bennington College in Vermont. We moved here from Seattle in the summer of 1999 when I accepted employment with The Urban School of San Francisco.
